Novartis celebrates Community Partnership Day

Novartis Bangladesh Limited, a multinational medicine producing company based in Basel of Switzerland, hosted a programme at the Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) in Savar recently marking the 15th anniversary of the Community Partnership Day, said a press release. More than 80 associates of the company spent the day with the students and patients of CRP. The associates also took part in different cultural and sports events jointly with students and patients of the CRP. Speaking on the occasion, Managing Director of Novartis (Bangladesh) Ashfaque ur Rahman said, "Since 1998, we are performing the Novartis Community Partnership Day in Bangladesh with the commitment of extending time and support to the vast majority of our society. The Day gives us the opportunity as an individual to reflect on our social responsibilities and that together we make a difference to people and society."
