NOVO Healthcare to use vegetable shells in all capsules

Novo has ventured into the next level of producing quality pharmaceuticals, announcing that they shall only be using ‘Vegetable Shells’ in all their capsule products, being the first company in Bangladesh to do so. NOVO Healthcare and Pharma Ltd. is a sister concern of United Group. Since its inception in 2004, they have been focused in developing products for better patient care. Keeping up with the tradition of the parent company, Novo has been an institution of firsts, producing the only absolutely bitter masked Ciprofloxacin suspension “Xirocip”, Azithromycin suspension “Thromax”, and the only dispersible Albendazole tablet “Benfast”. Along with the finished dosage forms, they are also manufacturing bulk pellets for other companies in Bangladesh and exporting some of its brands to other countries as well, according to a statement.
