NRB BANK HOLDS 11TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank Limited was held at a hotel in Dhaka on Thursday. The bank has declared a 10% cash dividend for general shareholders and 6% cash dividend for sponsors & directors for the year 2023. Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman Golam Kabir, Chairman of the Audit Committee Md. Motior Rahman, other Directors, Managing Director & CEO (CC) Md. Omar Faruk Khan and Company Secretary Md Rezaul Karim attended the meeting.
