NRB Global Convention to be held in Dhaka on Dec 30

The NRB Global Convention, the biggest ever event for expatriate Bangladeshis, will be held at a hotel in Dhaka on December 30.
People from various walks of life, including expatriate entrepreneurs, businessmen, doctors, engineers, scientists, university teachers, IT professionals and others from around 25 countries of the world will participate in this convention, says a press statement.
Besides, delegations from America-Bangladesh Chamber, Canada-Bangladesh Chamber, British-Bangladesh Chamber, UK-BCCI, Bangladesh Business Council, Dubai; Singapore-Bangladesh Chamber, Japan-Bangladesh Chamber, Korea-Bangladesh Chamber and Australia-Bangladesh Chamber will join the event.
Delegations from business groups and chambers of Bangladesh will also attend the convention, which will help Bangladeshi businessmen and professionals create a network with NRB business professionals.
High-level policymakers of the Bangladesh government will also participate in this convention.
The NRB Global Convention is organised by the largest platform for expatriate Bangladeshis, 'NRB World'. NRB Family Support and Business America Magazine are the co-organisers.
The day-long convention will feature several thematic seminars on health, education, development, economy and IT.
In addition, the 'NRB Award' will be presented at this event. Awards will be given to expatriate Bangladeshis who have made outstanding contributions to various sectors.
