NRBC Bank concludes foundation training course

NRBC Bank has successfully concluded a 15-day foundation training course for its officials. The closing ceremony organised by the Human Resource Training and Development Centre (HRTDC) was held at the bank's head office on Thursday. Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania, Chairman of NRBC Bank, attended the event as the chief guest. Among others present at the ceremony were Head of HRTDC Fahmida Chowdhury, and Chief Human Resources Officer Faisal Ahmed. Mr. Prodhania stated that as a financial institution, bank officials must always perform their duties by safeguarding the interests of depositors. In this regard, maintaining corporate governance and the highest ethical standards is essential. He emphasised that integrity, transparency, and accountability are critically important for sustainable development in the banking sector.
