NRBC BANK-DRU PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS

NRBC Bank-Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU) has provided scholarships to children of 30 deceased journalists for their education. The students will be provided with an annual scholarship of Tk 36,000 at the rate of Tk 3,000 per family per month. Commerce Adviser Sheikh Bashir Uddin was present as the chief guest and distributed scholarship cheques at programme held at the DRU auditorium on Saturday. NRBC Bank Director and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee AKM Mostafizur Rahman, Managing Director (Current Charge) Md Rabiul Islam, DRU President Syed Shukkur Ali Shuvo and General Secretary Mohi Uddin were also present.
