NRBC BANK HOLDS 10TH AGM

The 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRBC Bank was on an online platform on Monday, with Chairman of the bank SM Parvez Tamal in the chair. Vice Chairman Rafiqul Islam Mia Arzoo, Directors Mohammed Adnan Imam, AM Saidur Rahman, Mohammed Oliur Rahman, Loquit Ullah, Mohammed Nazim and AKM Mostafizur Rahman, Independent Directors Air Chief Marshal (Retd.) Abu Esrar, and Dr Khan Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Raad Mozib Lalon, MD and CEO Golam Awlia, DMD & CFO Harunur Rashid and Company Secretary Mohammad Ahsan Habib joined the meeting. At the AGM, the shareholders approved a total of 12 per cent dividend, including 7.50 per cent cash, for the year 2022. The meeting also approved the audited financial report for 2022, the director's report, the election of new directors and changing of the bank's name into 'NRBC Bank PLC'.
