NRBC Bank holds annual risk confce

NRBC Bank PLC arranged its "Annual Risk Management Conference 2025" at a city hotel on Saturday.
The conference was attended by Md. Sirajul Islam, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, as the chief guest. Md. Nurul Haque, Independent Director of NRBC Bank and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, attended it as the special guest, says a press release.
Among others present at the conference were Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of NRBC Bank; Muhammad Abdul Hai and Ahmed Zubaer Mahbub, Additional Directors of Bangladesh Bank; Mohammad Abdul Qaium Khan, Deputy Managing Director of NRBC Bank; and Serajul Amin Ahmad, Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of NRBC Bank.
The conference focused on experience sharing with experts, good governance, accountability, sustainable growth through modern risk management, risk mitigation strategies, and the development of risk frameworks in line with international standards.
