NSU holds seminar on business policy, strategy

The Stragos, in collaboration with Career and Professional Development Services (CPDS) of the North South University (NSU), organised a seminar on "The Rising Importance of Business Policy and Strategy (BPS) as a Concentration to the Corporate World" on its campus Thursday.
NSU Vice Chancellor Hafiz GA Siddiqi presided over the seminar. Country Officer of Citibank NA Mamun Rashid attended the seminar as the chief guest. Unilever Bangladesh Finance Director Mahtabuddin Ahmed and CPDS Director Abdul Hannan Chowdhury also spoke on the occasion, among others.
Siddiqi said NSU has many academic programmes, but business policy and strategy programme is the best programmes of this university in the context of present globalisation.
Mamun Rashid said, "the world is changing. We don't know what will happen today or tomorrow in our life or in any business. So business policy and strategy learning is very essential for our life."
