NSU holds webinar

The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of North South University (NSU) organised a webinar titled 'Instructional Planning: Quality of Teaching Materials and Strategies' recently, according to a statement.
The primary objective of the webinar was to find out the ways in which the quality of teaching materials can be improved and the effective strategies that can be developed.
The webinar began with a welcome address by Prof Dr Nazmun Nahar, director of IQAC, NSU.
Prof Dr Nuraihan Mat Daud from International Islamic University, Malaysia (IIUM) took part in the event as facilitator.
She laid emphasis on setting of programme developed in IIUM and learning outcomes of each programme, curriculum structure and educational approaches.
She also suggested forms of assessment for a language programme and various types of teaching and learning platforms that is followed in IIUM.
