NU student killed

COMILLA, July 14 (UNB): A BBA first-year student of the Northern University (NU) was killed in the town of Comilla Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Imtiajuddin Shuvo, son of former chairman of Daudkandi Pourashava Nasiruddin Ahmed.
Sources said Touhid, one of Shuvo's friends, called him out of his home at Segunbagicha in the capital Friday afternoon. Touhid informed Shuvo's father over phone that Shuvo was killed in a road accident in Comilla Saturday morning.
Police recovered the body that bore some marks of stabbing. Police suspected that he might have been slain.
A complaint was logged with Kotwali thana against Shuvo's two friends--Touhid and Sohag.
