Obituary of Md Abdus Salam

Bangladesh University Grants Commission (UGC) deputy director Md Abdus Salam died in a city hospital on Monday. He was 80, says a statement.
He was buried at Banchharampur upazila of Brahmanbaria district on Tuesday.
Salam left behind brother, sister and a host of relatives to mourn his death. UGC chairman and members expressed deep shock at the death and prayed for salvation of the departed soul.
