Syed Ershad Ahmed, Trevor MacDonald and Khalid Hasan have been elected president, vice president and treasurer respectively of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham) for a two-year term (2007-2008).
The election was held at the 11th annual general meeting (AGM) of American Chamber of Commerce in Bangladesh (AmCham) at a city hotel Thursday.
Other members are: Noor Mohammad Dicon, director and country manager of UPS SCS (Bangladesh) Limited, and AMM Farhad, regional director of Placid NK Corporation.
Syed Ershad Ahmed is the country manager and managing director of Expeditors (Bangladesh) Limited.
Trevor MacDonald is the general manager of Dhaka Sheraton Hotel.
Khalid Hasan is the managing director of AcNielsen Bangladesh Limited.
