Oishee among 3 indicted for killing her father, mother

A Dhaka court Tuesday framed charges against Oishee Rahman and her two friends in the case filed over killing her police officer father Mahfuzur Rahman, and mother Swapna Rahman, reports UNB.
Judge M Jahurul Haque of Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court framed the charges presence of the three accused in the dock.
The two other accused are Oishee's friends Mizanur Rahman Jony and Asaduzzaman Rony.
The court also fixed June 5 for recording the evidence of witnesses.
The court did not frame any charges against another accused, Khadiza Islam, a family housemaid, as she was under 16. It, however, fixed May 20 for framing charges against Khadiza in the juvenile court.
On August 16 last year, police recovered the bodies of Special Branch Police Inspector Mahfuzur Rahman and his wife, Swapna Rahman, from their Chamelibagh residence in the capital.
