Old man dies in Sirajganj road crash

A septuagenarian man was killed in a road accident in Shahjadpur Upazila in Sirajganj district on Friday night. The deceased was identified as Abul Hossain, 70, a resident of Nabbila village of the Upazila. Police said a Pabna-bound bus dashed Abul Hossain while he was crossing the Bogra-Nagarbari Highway in Srishakol Bus Stand area around 7:30 pm, leaving him dead on the spot. A case was filed, according to a news agency.
