Old man killed in pre-poll bomb blast

An old man was killed and two other people were injured in a pre-poll bomb attack in Sonagazi Upazila of Feni district on Saturday. The dead is Ekramul Haque, 60, a resident of Madhyam Ahmedpur village. Police and locals said the bomb explosion took place behind a tea stall at Manu Mia Bazar in the Upazila. The deceased and the two injured belong to the local unit of Awami League’s youth wing Juba League, the injured and the local people claimed, according to a news agency.
