ONE Bank AGM approves 5pc bonus share

The 23rd Annual General Meeting of ONE Bank Limited was held on a digital platform recently, says a press release.
A.S.M Shahidullah Khan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, chaired the AGM.
The shareholders of the bank as well as the members of the Board of Directors joined the AGM virtually.
The bank approved 5 per cent Bonus Share in the AGM.
ONE Bank's Vice Chairman and Executive Committee Chairman Zahur Ullah, Directors Kazi Rukunnuddin Ahmed, Shawket Jaman, Anannya Das Gupta, Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee & Risk Management Committee former Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Aurangzeb Chowdhury and Managing Director Md. Monzur Mofiz and Company Secretary John Sarkar were present in the meeting, among others.
