One chopped to death in Comilla

COMILLA, Jan 5 (UNB): Miscreants chopped to death a local businessman at Harpakna village in Muradnagar upazila early Sunday morning.
The victim was identified as Golam Maula, 43 son of Nuru Miah Sarker.
The miscreants chopped him repeatedly while inspecting his irrigation business in the morning, leaving him critically injured, said Nazim Uddin, officer-in-charge of Muradnagar Police Station.
He was taken to upazila health complex where he died after admission.
