One dead in Feni explosion

A man died in an explosion when he was reportedly making bombs at Feni Sadar Upazila.
Nur Nabi, 35, died in the accidental explosion at a firewood shop in Bathania village  Saturday evening, police said, according to a news agency.
Another youth injured at the time could not be immediately identified by the police.
“These men were making bombs at Shahabuddin’s firewood store opposite the Bathania Nurani Islamia Madrasa," said Feni Superintendant of Police Md Rezaul Haque.
The explosion blew away both the arms of Nur Nabi and killed him on the spot, leaving the store in tatters.
Police, RAB and a special investigation team of the CID have collected evidence from the spot, said Feni Model Police Station’s OC Abul Kalam Azad.
