One killed by younger brother in Tangail

TANGAIL, Sept 16 (BSS): Elder brother was allegedly killed by younger brother over an altercation at Maddyha Badda village under Kalihati upazila of the district early this morning.
The deceased was Kamrul Islam, 19, son of Abdul Karim of the same area.
Officer-in-charge of Kalihati thana Aslam Iqbal said Kamrul locked into an altercation with his younger brother Labu Miah, 15, over his (Labu) study.
In a fit of rage during their altercation, Labu hit Kamrul with a heavy metal, leaving him dead on the spot, the OC further said.
Police arrested Labu in this connection.
