One killed, five injured in road accident in city

A man was killed and five others injured in a head-on collision between two buses at Airport crossing in the city Friday, reports UNB.
Police said a Gazipur-bound bus of Balaka Paribahan collided with the Dhaka-bound bus of Azmeri Paribahan at about 3:00 pm, leaving six passengers injured.
The injured were rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where Ekabbar Ali (30), died soon after admission.
The rest of the injured were identified as Faruk (30), Shiuly Begum (25), Raushan Ara (40), her son Sabuj (12) and Raushan's mother Anwara Begum.
