One killed in Gazipur road accident

GAZIPUR, Dec 01 (BSS): A man was killed in a road accident in Salna area on the Dhaka-Mymensingh highway of the district Wednesday.
Police said the accident occurred when a microbus collided head-on with a passenger bus, leaving microbus driver Chunnu Mia killed on the spot.
Chunu is a driver of Universe Knitting Garments Factory in Gazipur. The body was sent to Gazipur Sadar Hospital Morgue for autopsy. A case was filed with the concerned police station in this connection.
