One killed in robbers\\\' firing in Moulvibazar

MOULVIBAZAR, Apr 29 (UNB): A young man was killed and five others were injured as robbers opened fire during a robbery incident at Hilalpur village in Sadar upazila early Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Nazrul Islam, 36, a resident of the village.
Locals said a gang of armed robbers numbering 10-15 stormed the house of Nazrul Islam at the village at about 5:00 am.
The house inmates along with locals chased them off.
At one stage, the robbers opened fire at the villagers while fleeing the scene, leaving Nazrul dead on the spot and five others injured.
