One killed in Sunamganj clash

SUNAMGANJ, Dec 22 (UNB): A man was killed in a clash between two groups of villagers over a trifling matter at Tarchuka village in Chhatak upazila on Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Saheb Ali, a resident of the same village.
Police said the clash ensued between the villagers following a quarrel between two minor boys - Abu Sayeed, 9, son of Saheb Ali and Dulal, 10, son of Cherag Ali. At one stage of the altercation, members of both the families started throwing brickbats, leaving Saheb dead on the spot.
