One strangulated to death in Dinajpur

DINAJPUR, Nov 5 (UNB): A man was strangulated to death allegedly by his wife at Nimtara Muktijoddha para under Kotwali thana early Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Sazzad Ali, 40, son of Omar Ali of Bhobainagar village in Sadar upazila and resident of Nimtara Muktijoddha para on the outskirts of the town.
Locals said Sazzad along with his 2nd wife Dolly Khanam used to live in a rented house in the area since long.
House owner Reshma said she used to lock the main gate of the house everyday at night and unlock it in the morning.
