Opinions sought to amend Public Exam (Offences) Act

The Ministry of Education Thursday sought advice and opinions to amend the existing 'Public Examinations (Offences) Act 1980 (Amended 1992), aiming to check examination-related crimes. "The existing law has been uploaded on the Education Ministry's website with a view to taking opinions from the quarters concerned to make the amendment process more appropriate," said a PID handout. — UNB
