Order on Amir Khosru's plea against ACC notice Sept 16

The High Court will deliver its order on September 16 on a writ petition filed by BNP leader Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury challenging the legality of an Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) notice asking him to appear before it for facing interrogation over his alleged involvement in money laundering and amassing illegal wealth, reports UNB.
An HC bench of Justice Md Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice KM Hafizul Alam fixed the date
on Tuesday.
