Orientation meet on BMS held in Gopalganj

GOPALGANJ, May 4: A press briefing and orientation meeting on Breast-Milk Substitutes (BMS) code and Infant and young child feeding (IYCF) was held at civil surgeon office in Gopalganj city Saturday, organised by Bangladesh Breast Feeding Foundation (BBF) and funded by UNICEF.
Doctors, journalists of local and national dailies participated in the orientation meeting.
Speakers said, there is no alternative of mother's milk in maintaining children's growth, fighting against diseases and flourishing their talent.
Dr. S.M Sirajul Islam, civil surgeon (CS), Gopalganj presided over the meeting.
