Over 50 students fall ill eating stale food

NARSINGDI, Sept 2 (UNB): Over 50 students of a local madrasah in Belabo Upazila fell ill Tuesday night.
Hospital sources said the students of Nurania Hafizia Madrasah and Islamia Orphanage fell sick of "mysterious disease" having symptoms of high fever, respiratory problem and loose motion after iftar. They were rushed to Upazila Health Complex.
On information, DC Omrit Baroi, Civil Surgeon Pulin Kumar Singh and ASP Bijoy Boshak visited the hospital after midnight and enquired about condition of the children.
