Padma Islami Life Insurance Ltd held its 8th annual general meeting (AGM) at the company's head office in the city recently. The meeting approved the minutes of the last 7th AGM and expressed satisfaction at the success of the company in achieved in the previous years.
Following the AGM, the board of directors met in its 61st meeting on the same day at same venue. Seating chairman ATM Rafique and vice chairman Abdur Rahman Bhuiyan have been re-elected uncontested respectively as the chairman and vice chairman of the company for the next term.
