In most Sunday bazaars in Pakistan, the 20-kilogram flour bag was sold at Rs 285 as compared to the open market price of Rs 300 to Rs 305.
Among other kitchen items, sugar sold at Rs 28 to 29 per kg, ghee at Rs 86 to 95 per kg. Different varieties of rice sold between Rs 36 to Rs 48 per kg, reports The News published from Lahore. .
The price of good quality basmati rice of different brands was Rs 50 to 55 per kg. Masoor pulse was available at Rs 56 to 57 per kg and lentil pulse was available at Rs 66 per kg.
