Pak traders invited to participate in Indian expos

LAHORE, Aug 30 (APP): Director, Indian Ministry of Commerce, Rajeev Kumar has invited members of Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) to take part in exhibitions being held in India to gain first-hand knowledge about business opportunities.
Addressing the LCCI members here yesterday, he said it is high time that practical measures are taken to boost Indo-Pak bilateral trade.
The Indian official, responding to a query, admitted that the infrastructure at Wagah and Attari needs to be improved. He said that the task force constituted by the Indian Prime Minister was looking into the matter of non-tariff barriers, which would be taken care of in the light of their recommendations.
