Pakistan cricket team to arrive in city today

Pakistan cricket team will arrive in the city today (Saturday) evening on a nearly month-long tour to play one T20, three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and two Test matches against hosts Bangladesh, reports UNB. Former world champions Pakistan will start their Bangladesh campaign with a T20 match on November 29 at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in the city. The visitors will play the first two ODI matches on December 1 and 3 at the same venue before travelling to Chittagong on Dec 4. Pakistan will play their 3rd and last ODI on Dec 8 at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in the port city of Chittagong. The visiting Pakistan team will also play the first Test match against Bangladesh from Dec 9-13 at the same venue in Chittagong. Pakistan will play the 2nd and last Test match against the Bengal Tigers from Dec 17-21 at the Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka. They will leave here on December 22. ODI and T20 squads: Misbah-ul-Haq (captain), Mohammad Hafeez, Imran Farhat, Shahid Afridi, Younis Khan, Umar Akmal, Shoaib Malik, Sarfaraz Ahmed (wk), Saeed Ajmal, Abdul Rehman, Umar Gul, Aizaz Cheema, Mohammad Khalil, Sohail Tanvir, Abdul Razzaq and Asad Shafiq.
