Pakistan, India in city to play Asia Cup Cricket

Two traditional rivals -- defending champions Pakistan and World Cup Champions India -- are now in the capital to participate in the Asia Cup Cricket beginning on Tuesday at the Khan Saheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah. Holder Pakistan team, led by Misbah-ul-Haq, reached Dhaka on Saturday night while the Indian team, led by stand-in captain Virat Kohli arrived in the capital on Sunday afternoon. Virat Kohli is leading the Indian team in the absence of regular skipper MS Dhoni, who was ruled out of the Asia Cup because of a side strain. Pakistan will start their Asia Cup campaign taking on Sri Lanka on Tuesday in Fatullah while India will play their first game in the Asia Cup against Bangladesh on Wednesday at the same venue, according to a news agency.
