Pakistan net foreign investment rises 2.5 per cent

KARACHI, June 18 (Reuters): Pakistan received $1.362 billion in foreign direct investment in the 11 Month of the current 2013/14 fiscal year compared with $1.328 billion received during the same period a year earlier.
Foreign direct investment rose by 2.5 per cent during July-May, according to the State Bank of Pakistan.
In May 2014, foreign direct investment rose to $611 million. Net foreign direct investment in the fiscal year of 2012/13, which ended in June, was $1.456 billion.
