Parliamentary team from Indonesia arrives today

A six-member parliamentary group from Indonesia comprising delegates from both the country's government coalition as well as the opposition is due to arrive in the city today (Monday).
The delegation, representing the "Group of Bilateral Cooperation of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia" is aiming to renew and strengthen ties between the parliaments of the two countries and exchange their views with their Bangladeshi counterparts, said a press release.
During the three-day visit, the delegation will call on the Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad Abdul Hamid. They are also scheduled to meet State Minister for Foreign Affairs Hasan Mahmud and a number of the Members of the Parliament (MPs).
The Indonesian delegation is also likely to visit Grameen Bank, SK+F Pharmaceutical and Ring Shine garment industry during its stay in the country.
