PASCHIMANCHAL GAS COMPANY LIMITED HOLDS 26TH AGM

The 26th annual general meeting (AGM) of the Paschimanchal Gas Company Limited (PGCL), a subsidiary of Petrobangla, was held at the Petro Centre in Dhaka on Sunday. Chairman of Petrobangla and shareholder of the PGCL Md Rezanur Rahman, other shareholders and directors were present at the meeting. PGCL Chairman and Additional Secretary of Energy and Mineral Resources Division Md Abdul Mannan presided over the event. The audited financial statements of the PGCL and audited accounts for FY 2024-25 were approved at the AGM. The PGCL earned a pre-tax profit of Tk 2.46 billion for FY 2024-25, up 32.28% from the previous fiscal year.
