Passengers' woe continues for train tickets

Many passengers expressed their agony and dissatisfaction as they faced several problems while doing registration and payment for the online train tickets.
Chaotic situation continues in issuing online train tickets ahead of Eid ul Fitr due to a lack of coordination between the service providers mainly Bangladesh Railway and Shohoz.
Passengers of both regular trains and Eid special trains have been rushing to Kamlapur railway station for three consecutive days since Friday as they were facing several problems with the registration process and purchase of tickets.
This correspondent found that a regular passenger missed Suborna Express despite his payment and ticket was confirmed in a message.
