PBCP man killed in gunfight

PABNA, Apr 26: An extremist of outlawed Purba Banglar Communist Party (PBCP-ML-Red Flag) was killed in gunfight with police at Shimulchara village under Ataikula police station of Pabna Sadar Upazila early Tuesday. The deceased was identified as Tikka (35), an activist of the Purba Banglar Communist Party (PBCP-ML-Red Flag) and a resident of Haripur village in Santhia Upazila of the district. He was accused in six cases including two for murders. Police recovered a shutter gun and six rounds of bullets.
