PBI to probe case against ex-IGPs Benzir, Shahidul

CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Sept 18 (BSS): A court in Chapainawabganj has ordered Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) to investigate a murder case against Ex-director general (DG) of RAB Benzir Ahmed and Ex-inspector general of police (IGP) Shahidul Hoque.
Julekha Begum, wife of victim Abul Hossain Babu, filed the case with the Gomostapur Cognizance Court on September 12 for murder of her husband by the law enforcers.
Other accused of the case are former RAB official Mozammel Hoque, two sources of RAB Monirul IslamTulu and Md. Morshalin.
