PBL holds seminar on 'manager and his job'

Pubali Bank Ltd (PBL) held a seminar on 'manager and his job' for its regional heads, corporate branch managers and senior executives in the city recently.
PBL Training Institute organised the seminar that was attended by Managing Director (MD) of the bank Helal Ahmed Chowdhury as the chief guest.
The PBL MD, in his speech, urged managers to be logical, flexible and open-minded. One can prove himself or herself as a good manager by conquering the limitations and manage the situations properly, he added.
He urged everyone to provide correct and complete information in relation to the opening of bank accounts, transfer of funds and identification of clients.
He further advised the officials to be meticulous in compliance of instructions of the bank's head office, Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies.
Principal of the training institute Badruddin Ahmed and faculty member DGM Sushil Kumar Paul were also present on the occasion.
