PCJSS man killed in \\\'gun battle\\\'

An activist of Parbatya Chattagram Jana Sanghati Samity (PCJSS) was shot dead during a 'gunfight' between 2 rival groups in Baghaichhari Upazila in Rangamati district on Tuesday. The dead is Shyamol Chakma, 35. Marisha zone BGB officials at a press briefing in the area told reporters that the armed clash between the two rival groups of PCJSS took place at Jeeptali Talutdarpara in the afternoon. Both sides exchanged several hundred gunshots during the 2-hour clash, leaving Shyamol dead on the spot and three others injured. Being informed, a BGB team, led by Marisha zone commander Lt Col Robiul Islam, visited the spot, according to a news agency.
