CHITTAGONG, Feb 9: The authorities of Power Development Board (PDB) realised about Tk 15 million from the defaulting subscribers of the district during the month of January, the PDB sources said.
The PDB Chittagong South Regional Distribution Depart-ment also snapped power connection of 4,201 defaulting subscribers during the period.
According to the sources, about Tk 66.09 million has been lying outstanding with these subscribers.
Meanwhile, 1,315 subscribers have been provided with connection afresh as they have cleared their outstanding dues lying with the PDB.
