PDP's first nat'l representative confce today

The first national representative conference of Progressive Democratic Party (PDP) will be held today (Saturday) at the Institution of Engineers in the city, reports BSS.
The conference will be inaugurated at 10:30 am through hoisting national and party flags and releasing pigeons and balloons, a PDP press release said Friday.
A war-wounded freedom fighter will hoist the national flag, while PDP Convener Ferdous Ahmed Qureshi will raise the party flag.
About 10,000 delegates from across the country are expected to join the conference, the release added.
