Philips launches consumer promotion campaign

Transcom Electronics Ltd, local distributor of Philips electronic goods Sunday launched a consumer promotion campaign 'Batir Raja Jhalak, Ghure Ashun Bangkok.'
The campaign offers 4,255 attractive gifts to the consumers through scratch cards with every purchased item. The gifts are Dhaka-Bangkok-Dhaka air tickets, Television sets, DVD players, Audio CD System, electric irons and many other items.
These gifts will be equally distributed among all the districts and thanas, chief operating officer of Transcom Electronics Arshad Huq announced. He was addressing the launching ceremony of the campaign at Akma Electronics in Gulshan-II.
The campaign was simultaneously launched at 58 other outlets throughout the country, he added.
National marketing manager of Transcom Electronics Nafejul Quadiem and national sales manager of the company Wasiuddin were also present on the occasion.
