Phoenix Finance & Investments holds 30th AGM
The 30th annual general meeting (AGM) of Phoenix Finance & Investments Limited was held in a hybrid mode, with physical presence at the Institution of Diploma Engineers in the city on Thursday. Mohammed Mohsin, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Md. Mamunur Rashid Molla, managing director, Mohammad Sayduzzaman, deputy managing director, Sabbirul Haque Chowdhury, company secretary, Barrister Rashna Imam and Brig. Gen. (retd.) Mahbub Ahmed Zakaria, independent directors, F. Hayder Ali, nominee director, along with other executives of the company attended the AGM.
