Pinak 6 capsize: 2 bodies found in Chandpur

Local people found two unidentified bodies, floating on Meghna River in Chandpur district on Tuesday morning. The corpses were recovered from the Meghna River in Chandpur’s Haimchar Upazila in the afternoon, police said. One of the deceased could be a victim of the launch disaster in Padma River near Mawa Launch Ghat in Munshiganj, police said. They recovered the bodies of a male and a female after locals at Madhyachar of Nilkomol Union of Haimchar noticed the two corpses floating in the Meghna. The female was approximately 22 to 25-year-old and the man is between 25 to 30 years of age, said Haimchar Police OC Md Moniruzzaman, according to bdnews24.com.
