Friday, 10 November 2017
The education ministry's move shutting down Lakehead Grammar School in the city on allegations of harbouring militancy has been challenged in the High Court, reports bdnews24.com.
Three petitions were filed on Thursday by one of the owners of the schools and parents of 12 students seeking to freeze the government's order.
They also want a court order for resuming all activities of the school immediately.
