PM asks ministry to update terrorists\\\' list

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has asked the Home Ministry to update the list of terrorists, reports UNB.
While talking to journalists at the secretariat in the afternoon, the state minister said that the Prime Minister had given the directive when she attended office at the Home Ministry on Thursday.
Asaduzzaman Khan said that the Prime Minister also asked the law-enforcing agencies to be tougher on terrorists.
"The Prime Minister stressed the need for resisting militants, extremists and terrorists," said the junior minister, adding that the prime minister also asked the authorities concerned to take steps so that narcotics including yaba are not trafficked into the country through its borders.
The Prime Minister also assured the Home Ministry that their manpower crisis as well as logistical problems - including in the various law-enforcing agencies that fall under it - will be addressed in phases.
