PM seeks more Qatari investment

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday requested Qatar to invest more in Bangladesh and also take more manpower from the country for mutual benefit of the people of the two countries. The Prime Minister made the request when newly-appointed Ambassador of Qatar to Bangladesh Abdullah Abdul Aziz M Al-Mana paid a courtesy call on her at her office. Prime Minister’s special assistant Mahbubul Hoque Shakil briefed the reporters after the meeting. During the meeting, Ambassador Al-Mana congratulated Sheikh Hasina on behalf of the government and people of Qatar on her election as the Prime Minister of Bangladesh for the third time, according to a news agency.
